MODA, BCBS , and Pacific Source WA (Cascade Care Select, Navigator, Voyager). Each plan has different sub plans, some of which I may or may not be paneled on. Please confirm with your insurance company that I am within your network prior to the start of our first session.

I do not accept Medicare or Medicaid. My sliding scale spots are currently filled.

Individual Therapy (60 minutes) - $160

Individual Therapy (45 minutes) - $120

Psychological Evaluations for Immigration Proceedings (VAWA, UVISA, Hardship, Asylum) - $1300

My medical biller can assist you in submitting “out of network claims” if I do not take your insurance.
